At Magnovent, we installed an HVLS fan in the hall area of the IFA pavilion in Alicante. It covered the entire area by moving an air volume of 700,000 m³/h, ensuring thermal comfort in the space and the well-being of all attendees, reducing the perceived temperature by up to 6 ºC during the summer months.

This is achieved by combining air conditioning systems with HVLS fans. When the fans are in operation, they help distribute the cool air produced by the AC units throughout the space, achieving a comfortable thermal sensation with much lower energy consumption. This technology was tested and certified by the University of Liverpool in a study conducted in 2010.

Years later, we carried out a second expansion phase at the IFA pavilion in Alicante by installing 3 additional fans to cover the remaining areas, thus completing this project as a success story for Magnovent.
