The MagnoHeat® Aluminium POD is a high-power medium-wave electric radiant heating system designed to provide efficient heating in large industrial facilities with high heating demands. Thanks to its advanced low-glare IR-B radiation technology (1.4–2.6 microns), this electric radiant heating system achieves a radiant efficiency of over 90%, according to the manufacturer’s specifications, effectively converting electrical energy into radiant heat. Available in 15 and 22.5 kW versions, it provides a high-capacity heating solution for large industrial spaces.
One of the main advantages of the MagnoHeat® Aluminium POD is its high radiant output of up to 22.5 kW per unit, which allows greater spacing between heating units and reduces the number of heaters required in large facilities. This feature helps simplify the design of the electric radiant heating system, minimise electrical infrastructure requirements and reduce installation work. In addition, it incorporates an integrated 24 V control system compatible with building management systems (BMS), enabling easy integration into facilities with centralised heating control.
The MagnoHeat® Aluminium POD also stands out for its functional industrial design, developed to simplify both installation and maintenance tasks. Its stackable housing facilitates transport and handling, while its quick-access design provides easier access to the heating elements for maintenance. In addition, this electric radiant heating system is available in versions with and without relays, offering different configurations to meet the control requirements of each installation.
Thanks to its high radiant efficiency, large heating capacity and low-glare infrared emission, the MagnoHeat® Aluminium POD is an effective electric heating solution for industrial buildings, logistics centres, warehouses and large production areas with high thermal demands. Its design allows a minimum safety clearance of 10 cm from combustible materials, according to the manufacturer’s specifications and provided that the applicable installation conditions are met. The MagnoHeat® Aluminium POD is available in four models with power ratings of 15 and 22.5 kW, designed to meet different industrial heating requirements.
