Discover Magnovent’s solutions at Intralogistics Valencia

At Intralogistics VLC, Magnovent will present a selection of high-efficiency bioclimatic solutions designed to optimize climate control, thermal comfort, and energy management in industrial and logistics environments:

  • Thermal insulation: Magnovent will present insulation solutions designed to reduce heat transfer by radiation in roofs, facades, and exposed surfaces. Thanks to their high reflectivity, these systems significantly reduce the surface temperature of building envelopes, with differences that can exceed 30°C under certain conditions, thereby lowering the building’s thermal load, improving indoor comfort, and reducing the demand for climate control.
  • High-volume industrial ventilation: The company will showcase systems featuring networks of industrial fans capable of immediately improving the thermal comfort, with perceived temperature drops of up to 6°C during hot weather. Additionally, these systems promote air renewal and correct thermal stratification in large spaces, redistributing the hot air accumulated on the roof during winter.
  • Industrial evaporative coolers: Its range of evaporative equipment—both stationary and mobile—provides a constant flow of fresh air in large spaces using a natural and efficient principle: water evaporation. This is a particularly suitable alternative for facilities where conventional air conditioning is impractical due to space constraints, ventilation requirements, or operating costs, as well as for improving environmental conditions in specific work areas.
  • Industrial radiant heating: Magnovent will also showcase its radiant heating solutions, designed to provide immediate heat where it is needed without heating the entire air volume of the space. This technology is particularly effective in high-rise buildings, spaces with frequent openings, or partially open areas, where conventional systems suffer from greater heat loss. Depending on the type of installation and its use, energy savings of up to 50% can be achieved compared to traditional systems.
  • Solar heating: Among the most innovative solutions is Calento, a facade-mounted solar heating system for large industrial spaces that converts solar radiation into usable hot air for the interior of the building. The solution transforms the building envelope into an active thermal collector and distributes that air via fans, improving the thermal stability of the space. It can operate autonomously or as a supplement to the existing heating system, reducing energy consumption and reinforcing the decarbonization strategy.

Other Magnovent systems designed to maximize performance and energy efficiency

At Magnovent, we address the current challenges facing the intralogistics sector with a comprehensive approach: improving the work environment, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing energy consumption in facilities subject to high thermal and functional demands.

Complementing this approach is our intelligent control capability, developed to monitor and optimize HVAC systems centrally and remotely. In this context, we will present Magnohub, the cloud-based platform developed by Magnovent for real-time control of your equipment. This solution allows you to schedule operating hours, monitor thermal variables, view historical data, adjust operating parameters, and receive alerts, incident reports, and technical support quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to the combination of bioclimatic design, applied engineering, and advanced control technology, our solutions improve thermal comfort, optimize facility performance, and reduce reliance on conventional HVAC systems. All of this translates to lower energy consumption, reduced operating costs, and a decrease in the environmental impact associated with industrial climate control.
