The models include a 6-speed remote control. If you would like a wall control, this option is available subject to availability. - Can the models be connected to Lutron or similar systems?
No, the units cannot be connected to these systems. However, the Wi-Fi module allows them to connect to Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and the Tuya App. - Are the models suitable for coastal areas?
The models have an IP44 protection rating, which provides good resistance to splashes and dust. However, please bear in mind that the lifespan of the fan may be reduced in saline environments. - What downrod extension sizes are available?
The models include one 12.5 cm and one 25 cm downrod extension in the box. However, additional lengths are available subject to availability: 60 cm (24″), 90 cm (35″) and 120 cm (47″). - Which model should I choose depending on the coverage area?

Cefiro and Airlux 150 can be installed on sloped ceilings as long as the slope does not exceed 15%. For the other models, an adapter is required to keep the fan level, but installation on a sloped ceiling is also possible. - Can ceiling fans be installed on plasterboard ceilings?
Yes, if the fan is lightweight and weighs up to 7 kg. Otherwise, it must be installed on a solid ceiling. - Do you ship to all countries?

Delivery within mainland Spain takes approximately 48–72 hours, delivery to the islands takes around 4 days, and delivery to the rest of Europe usually takes between 4 and 5 days. - The fan I purchased is not working. What should I do?
