DHL Success Story

DHL is consolidated as one of the leaders in the field of distribution. The company provides its supply services to companies like Carrefour. Magnovent studied an are of 10,000m² in the DHL facilities located in Barcelona ZAL to increase the productivity of its workers in summer.

Replace the high speed fans that covered a very small working area. They covered only the area where workers arrange, classify and send the products to the different locations of Carrefour in Barcelona.

Guarantee workers comfort in summer while they handle large size products to ensure their productivity.

DHL decided to install HVLS fans to cover this area following Magnovent’s proposal.

During summer, the air movement generated by the fans reduces thermal sensation between 2 and 6 ºC inside the building. This cooling effect is necessary to increase workers comfort and guarantee that they do a safe, fast and efficient work.

After checking the system operation success, DHL decided to implement our fans system in several logistic centers in Spain.
