We inform you that the processing of the personal data that you provide us will be exclusively for the purpose of keeping you informed of the different vacancies that occur in our organization, as well as having your participation in the personnel selection processes, job market and possible hiring that takes place. They may also be used to request references about your professional career to the companies in which you have informed us that you have worked.

In the event that it is appropriate or that you understand that you must inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any information about your health and related to the requested job, we inform you that these data will be processed to comply with article 15 of Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention in which we must know said data to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as with Title VII of Law 13/1982, of April 7, on Integration Social for the Disabled (LISMI). Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this request, we will destroy it safely and confidentially.

We guarantee the proper use of the information, the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application, applying all the necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability. In short, comply with the obligations that our entity has in terms of data protection.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for any reason, except with your prior consent.

The personal data provided as a job applicant will be kept for a maximum period of one (1) year, until the occupation of a job or until you exercise your right of cancellation; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.

You may exercise any of these rights by written communication to the email info@businessadapter.es attaching a copy of your ID to your request. If you wish, I can also send us your recommendations, complaints or queries about the processing of your personal data to said email.
